Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including event date, time, venue, address, setup details, access instructions, parking/loading information, power availability, timeline, and any venue restrictions.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that the venue provides a safe and reasonable working environment, including:

• Safe access for loading and unloading 
• Adequate power supply 
• Reasonable setup and breakdown time 
• Protection from weather, moisture, excessive heat, unsafe surfaces, or hazardous conditions 
• Compliance with venue rules, permits, and applicable laws 
• Crowd control and guest conduct as needed

Frequency Sound & Light LLC may refuse, pause, or stop services if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, threatening, or damaging to people, equipment, or property.

For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing safe, level, dry, and protected performance and equipment areas.

Electrical, sound, lighting, and production equipment may not be operated in unsafe weather conditions, including rain, excessive wind, extreme heat, flooding, lightning, or other hazardous conditions.

Frequency Sound & Light LLC reserves the right to delay, modify, relocate, pause, or stop services if weather or environmental conditions create a safety risk.

All equipment provided by Frequency Sound & Light LLC remains the property of Frequency Sound & Light LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients and guests may not move, operate, tamper with, damage, or interfere with equipment without permission. The client may be responsible for damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning caused by guests, vendors, venue staff, or unsafe conditions under the client’s control.

Frequency Sound & Light LLC may use legally obtained music, audio, video, lighting, graphics, branding, media, or other creative materials in connection with its services.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for special media, videos, slideshows, custom edits, live performances, venue-required licensing, or third-party content they provide.

We reserve the right to decline content that is unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate for the event or brand.

Frequency Sound & Light LLC may capture or use photos, videos, or media from events for business, portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

We will make reasonable efforts not to publish private, sensitive, or inappropriate content. Clients may request that specific event media not be used publicly.

If Frequency Sound & Light LLC offers merchandise or products through the website or another platform, product availability, pricing, shipping, taxes, returns, and refund terms may vary and may be governed by additional checkout or platform terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
