At Frequency Sound & Light, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because every item is custom produced after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.

We want you to receive your order in excellent condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number 
• A clear description of the issue 
• Clear photos showing the damage, defect, misprint, or incorrect item 
• A photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged during shipping 

If the issue qualifies as a production or manufacturing error, we will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund.

Please review all size charts, product descriptions, and color options carefully before placing your order. Since each item is made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or style was ordered.

Please note that product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor, or device settings.

In most cases, damaged or defective products do not need to be returned. Photo proof is required so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
